Born in 1365, Akane died during a mainland incursion and rose as a kikon-jin. During the devastating Okinawa Purge in the late 19th century, her clan and the surrounding houses were systematically dismantled by Sayou Shoji's Iron Phalanx. Realizing total annihilation was imminent, Akane gathered the few survivors who had managed to hide and made a devastating choice: she formally surrendered to Shoji and the Council, accepting absolute humiliation and eternal banishment from the Japanese archipelago to spare her people's lives.

Exiled to the West, she forged the Okinawa Shōke Rengō from the traumatized remnants. For decades, she built alliances with Western Dynasties and fused with her people's collective grudge. Now, in the modern era, she has returned to Japan. She is not simply seeking to burn the mainland down; she is executing a masterstroke of political blackmail.
